Gone

Today I realized how easy it is to focus on everything except the things that truly matter. It's easier to fix how I look than to face what's happening inside. I can ignore problems, silence notifications, distract myself, and pretend everything is fine, but avoiding them doesn't make them disappear. Life keeps moving, whether I'm ready or not. Sometimes I dream of a life with more purpose, more peace, and more meaning. Yet there are days when it feels like I'm moving backward instead of forward. Plans change, circumstances shift, and it can feel as though the world is spinning in the opposite direction. Still, I don't want to give up on today because once it's gone, I can never get it back. Time disappears quietly. Yesterday already feels distant, and before I know it, today will become another memory. That reminds me not to waste moments on things that won't matter in the end. I don't want to live as if I have unlimited time when I know I don't...

Disappointment "Of June"

Disappointment has a way of changing you. It rarely arrives in a single moment. Instead, it grows quietly through hope, patience, and expectations that never become reality. Over time, I realized that some of life's biggest disappointments are not the ones that end with a clear answer. They are the ones that leave you wondering what could have been. For a while, I questioned everything. I wondered if I could have done more or said something differently. Eventually, I understood that not every ending comes with an explanation, and not every hope becomes a memory. Disappointment hurts because it reminds us that we cared. But it also teaches us that life continues beyond the plans that never happened. The future I imagined may not have become reality, but that doesn't mean a better one isn't waiting. Sometimes the hardest lessons become the reason we grow the most. Thanks for Reading Prateek Gupta 9:35 PM Delhi, India
