When Silence Says Everything

Some feelings are too fragile for conversations. Every time I see you, I find myself searching your face for answers that words could never fully explain. I replay every glance, every pause, wondering if we're still capable of finding our way back to each other. Even after everything, a part of me quietly hopes we'll make it through this season instead of becoming another unfinished story.

I don't need a perfect explanation. Sometimes I just wish I could sit beside you in silence. I'd rather let my tears speak than force my heart into sentences it isn't ready to say. There are emotions that don't ask to be understood they only ask to be witnessed. If I ever broke down in front of you, it wouldn't be because I was weak. It would be because you were the one person I trusted enough to be completely unguarded.

What I want most isn't certainty it's honesty. I want to know who you really are, what your heart feels, and whether the connection I still hold onto was ever as real for you as it was for me. Until I have those answers, I'll keep carrying this love quietly. Maybe some stories don't end with closure. Maybe they simply become a part of who we are, teaching us that loving someone deeply sometimes means learning to live with the questions they leave behind.
